I think I asked about this in the days of Tracker and it was a no-go, but I'll try again...

How about a new tab for displaying NTFS file permissions? It's a big old info area at the bottom with lots of free space just aching for something like it!

Well... it's probably somewhere on my list, but I'm afraid many dramatically more interesting things are having a better position on that list. But I'll happily recheck next time I visit the list department.
