How do I use the Dupes filter?
I need to compare the contents of two folders and their subfolders and find exact duplicates common to them.
When I select a folder to search the Find Now returns ALL the files in that folder. Where are the dupes?
For example - found:10,978 dupes, 97 groups (in a search of a top level folder)
I know for sure there are no more than a few hundred dupes at most there.
How do I select two locations to compare?
Can I get a step by step procedure?

The Dupes filter is primarily meant to find dupes in one location. However, since XY supports multi-location searches, it is easy to let it find dupes in two or more locations. Simply add the locations into the Location field, separated by |.
