Just an fyi if there are any people out there that like to make their own Windows Icons.

Real World Icon Editor is a pretty high-end tool. Usually sells for 89 USD.
It is the tool that I used to batch convert the sets posted here http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic. ... 718#p78547
THe developer is pretty nice, so I thought I'd give him a plug. I'm not affiliated with the product.
