I can't translate "Show verbatim toolstips"
It makes no sense like "lorem ipsum". The word and phrase is short and sounds nice, but there is no meaning.
The German translation is also incomprehensible Wörtliche QuickInfos zeigen
As I understood the meaning of this option only in order to re-display in a tooltip the name of a file or folder, in order to read this tooltip by special programs, sounding out the text of toolstip.
Even if you don't change the name of this option, could you phrase this option so that in the first place I see the meaning of action, that makes this setting.

All tooltips consist of words and letters. This is not the main feature of these particular tooltips.
The great thing about these tooltips is that they are designed for the visually impaired.
There are two options for helping the visually impaired:
1) Tooltips repeat file names, folders, columns and possibly something else, but on a larger scale.
2) Pop-up prompts are read as sound.
How you will formulate that "main feature" I don't know.
But then again the main thing Pop-up Hints are designed for the visually impaired and they simply repeat the names that the mouse is hovering over.
-------
Maybe:
- for visually impaired, repeat names that are hovered over in tooltips
or
- repeat names in tooltips for visually impaired
I'm sure you can articulate it better.
And of course you can add to the brief (but clear enough) name of the option, a more extended explanation.

I generally think that setting captions don't have to explain everything 100%. They have to be short and catchy, and different from other captions. Some details can go to a tooltip, deeper details go to the help file.
Call it so that it sounds cool in Russian. "Mirror tooltip" could be another way to put it.

chm file->idh_mentools.htm
When checked, all file sizes in the list are showing the disk space wasted by each file, taking into account compressed and sparse files. The column heading will be changed from "Size" to "Space". Of course, this item is also available in the context menu of the size column header.
I think
..from "Size" to "Size on Disk".

in CHM / idh_short.htm
you don't have Shift+Alt+wheel for Live filter box.
and in Configuration we don't have such tuning.
Therefore, there may be a situation where you cannot change the width of the live filter box because you forgot the key combination.
