Select a file. Select a timestamp (Created, Modified or Accessed) in the Properties window. Change the timestamp and click on the "+". Timestamp changes in the file list but reverts to the original timestamp in the Properties window. It is necessary to switch to another file and back to the original file for the Properties window to update.
Attributes work O.K.
