[v11.40.0201] Backup issues :: Run-time error '6': Overflow

I've have numerous unsuccessful Backups today. Large amounts of data. 150+ gb. USB drive to USB drive.

During the copies the status line "Copying ...." looks very strange. Like "Copying (1235123512351%filenam here....m4v (1.63 GB)

Then during any larger files, it'll crash with a Run-time error '6': Overflow error dialog box.

I click ok.. dialog closes. I have to completely close XYplorer to kill the job before I can start another.

Please advise.

You mean the status line in the status bar?

So a certain huge file causes the error? How big is it?

Yes, the "Copying...." status just above the mid dialog progress bar.

As in my example, a 1.5gb file.

I just watched another copy fail. I was watching the activity lights on the drives. Seems as though it crashes on a large file while it's writing to the destination drive. Only the destination drive light was flickering when it crashed. It was pretty far into the copy of that one file when it crashed.

Keep in mind, the back copies 1000s of files successfully, then get's to a large file, and crashes.

Destination partition is NTFS

Is this a new problem?

Looks like the "1235123512351%", the percentage after "Copying", is totally out of order (and probably causing the overflow error). Do you have a screenshot of this strange status line?
