Specific option for drag'n'drop security

Hello, I have enabled the drag'n'drop confirmation because sometimes a double-click can end up as a dragging move and gigabytes start getting moved 
The problem is that I get the confirmation even when drag-extracting files from 7zip to XYplorer
(It's annoying because it doesn't even get focus)
Can there be an option to enable d'n'd confirmation only for operations within XY ? Or maybe make the confirmation get focus so I can easily enable it without moving other windows out of the way.
