Hi,

Is XYplorer able to matching files storage in different folders/subfolders in order to finding duplicates?

For instance, I have folder A and folder B. Inside both there is the same file, but by chance file name could have being changed. My intent is to find and erase duplicated files.

Thanks in advance.

Ps.: If XYplorer won't provide it, could anyone recommend a way to deal with it?

Via scripting.

Create hash("md5") on files and compare them afterwards.

Apart from that there are enough matches on google for duplicate file finders...

I've been using CloneSpy for the best part of the last decade. Works like a charm, and I've used it on trees with tens of thousands of files.
