XYplorer fails to start

On occassion XYPlorer does not start up properly. It is showing up in the task list and killing it off and retrying does not help. I just upgraded to version 11 but this was happening with the prior version as well. Is there any way to reset XYPlorer?

Search for the XYplorer.ini file, make a backup elsewhere and delete it. If it was a normal installation, you'll find it somewhere in your users dir.

Hmm still not opening even after deleting the ini file in Roaming directory. Anyone else have this problem with ver 11??
The application refuses to open UNLESS I use Run As Administrator, even though the account I am using is a Win7 x64 Administrator account. Otherwise the process shows up in the task list and then after a while disappears.
This is happening on a desktop and laptop here both Win7 x64. The latter is a clean install of Win7 less than 1 month old.

A problem that sounds very similar to yours has been reported
here, without a solution as yet.

Really strange in that all of the prior upgrades of XYplorer went fine. It is just ver 11 giving me this grief.
