Looking for those custom toolbar icons that someone created

I've been unsuccessful in locating the thread where someone (sorry, can't recall who but was someone new to forum in last yr or so) created a whole slew of custom toolbar icons / buttons that fit just about all possible commands...have needed it twice recently so if you know where it's at, please post a link here so we may find it in future...thanks

The thread title is SO unrelated to that subject that I couldn't spot it...and as soon as you said FeatureCreep, I was sure that was who it was...thanks!
Hope this thread will serve as breadcrumb in future to get to that post...that's why I used the various terms one might search for.
