UnRegistered Version and Preview with file rename issues.

So far, this is an awesome program. A few glitches, but I love the fact that you take suggestions and utilize this forum to improve the product. Well done.

From time to time I get an error that says that I'm using an unauthorized or unregistered version (I can't remember which). I get the "Trial Version" dialog again when this occurs. To overcome the problem I have to uninstall the software and then reinstall. Of course, this is a big pain as I have to reset my preferences again. I'm running an Intel Xeon processor with WIN XP Pro SP2.

Another issue that I'm running into is when previewing and then deleting or renaming a file. I use Acrobat in my financial advisory business and I love your program because I can view a file quickly and easily and then rename it. The problem is that you tell me there is another program using the file (XY) and can't rename it until I am no longer previewing the file with the Preview tab. This is more difficult that it should be. On a rename, can't you simply release the file from preview, perform the rename and then reload the view?

On the suggestion side, it would also be nice to be able to change the Box Color text. If we want to use a dark colored box, the black text doesn't cut it. Thanks for the opportunity for input.

Ok, I removed some irrelevant posts here.

Hm, that's exactly what I'm doing. But you are right, weirdly it does not help with PDFs (and DOCs neither). I'll see what I can do...

Yes, would be nice. I put it on my list. Same for Highlight Color.

WOW...... awesome. I can now move files without issue. I tried deleting a Word .doc file and it asked me Are you sure you wnat to send **** to the Recyle Bin? Saying Yes, the software hangs for a few seconds and then it blew back out to an error dialog.

Cannot Delete [/i]filename[/i] The file is in use by the following program:MS Word. You must close the file before proceeding.

Selecting OK takes me back to Preview. You can then select any other tab and then delete. Seems like Word should release it and allow it to be deleted.

This problem did occur with a .pdf file.

Awesome job on fixing the view and move function. I use that a ton and its nice to have that fixed. WELL DONE!!!!

Finally a software company where the use feels wanted!!! Thanks.

I will be an advocate and a loyal fan.
