No MP3 preview with ID3v2.4

When using MP3 files with ID3v2.4 tags the preview doesn't work. I've noticed this after updating
Mp3tag to the new version 2.36.

Does WMP play them? If yes, please send me one of those files.

All other players I have tested are working: WMP9, MPC, VLC, 1by1, foobar2000
I'll send you a test file.

Analysis: I could reproduce that behavior. At the moment there's nothing I can do. The problem here is not in XY but in Quartz.dll. I'm using Microsoft DirectX DirectShow Quartz.dll for the audio/video preview and up to now it worked without problems and for all I've seen in the last years 100% identical to WMP.
