Help File is Missing

I was going to write a Script and I like to pull up the Help so that I can see all the script functions. But my help file seems to be missing or misplaced or not connection to.
What is the name and location of the help files that come with XYplorer? I have backups but I need to know the name of the file to look for.

Hmm I have that file and I downloaded the new version. I still don't see the information in the file. I see the Catagorys and there is stuff on the index tab but no information in main window. It says "Navigation to the webpage was canceled." I just updated to 64-bit Windows 7. Could this have anything to do with that?
I attached a screenshot.

Well it seems to be something to do with the program being on the server. I moved them to my C: drive and now it sort of works. If you pick the help from the help menu it doesn't open anything. But if I double pick on the help file it will open it. I'll just add it to my catalog, problem solved.
