Doesn't open

It's the 3'rd day I'm getting this error,it doesn't executes on startup or when i open it.

I'd try downloading the latest *portable* version (your installed version isn't the latest), extracting it to an empty folder (so it doesn't use your existing profile) and running that version's XYplorer.exe. If that works, something in your profile has gone wrong.

Other thing Donald - Think this in context to variety of users about Ur reply u gave to tell age in "going too fast" ,
as u have replied improperly ,it will have a negative impact on users and think U are not serious even
in telling age.

:? What the heck are you referring to? This has NO connection whatsoever to this thread and the one where it might make sense, his replies were just another way of saying "my private life isn't any of your business"...and I found it quite humorous...guess you didn't.

I'd maybe first suggest you just have a bit of selective ignorance in replying as needed when it comes to some non-tech topics...and see what happens.

I made only good experiences with saying bye-bye to "special" visitors. The attention they had attracted and energy they had wasted was suddenly free for creative stuff. And I don't fear a hate review or two. It's all free promotion.
