how to get the find/ search files icon on the xyplorer toolbar?
how to have many tabbed search windows. the moment i click the find button a fresh search window to be opened.

Was that really difficult to find in the help file?

that is not i wanted. cubic explorer has one find button on the toolbar. the moment you click on find button each time new find tabbed window will be opened. how to add find button to xyplorer toolbar. or how to make a custom button to do the role of find.

First of all, this is not cubic explorer Second of all, how is it different? You configured the search criteria, click Find Now and results are in a new tab. If you want, you can have a separate XYplorer instance just for that.

you are not getting my point. i want to have a find button on the xyplorer toolbar. as of now, it is displaying properties, version, preview, rawview ,find files and report. i want to see only find tab and no other tabs. is it possible to access this find tab using a button on the toolbar or any button can be customized to show the find tab. i am not comparing the cubic explorer with xyplorer. xyplorer is the ultimate and best file explorer. and i am using this for the last 3 years.

i think you have got my point.

There is already a button called "Find Files" that you can add to your toolbar that is available that takes you directly to that tab. Does that do the trick?

I am not aware of a way, and there probably is not one, but is are they REALLY that much of a nuisance?
