Hello,

Very strange for a alternate files explorer to use microsoft explorer for viewing Recycle Bin files.

That kind of software must be completely detached from microsoft software, like search, attributes, property etc...

Big fault but this software could be very interesting.

OK, this is better: Explorer is the OS shell to the OS functionality "recycle bin". So, yes, I'm using the Explorer shell to view the recycle bin. So what? I wrote an alternative file manager because Explorer is lacking for my (and others') needs, not because I hate Explorer or MS or so. Why should I waste days of work and energy to rewrite a recycle bin viewer when Explorer does a good job here?
Recycle bin is for sissies anyway...

Thanks. I think I'd have known what the hell he was talking about if I used the Recycle Bin. I don't; I use Executive Software's Undelete utility, which totally circumvents the Recycle Bin, and even overrides its namespace.

You wrote a files manager because explorer is lacking.

A better files manager explorer property and modify them, have a better search files fonction etc...

And the most important, explore files, on HD, CD, USB key, all the files even the files in recycler because they still to be files...

Dont waste your energy if you think explorer can do a good job sometime. Lol.
So use xplorer2, a better files manager than xyplorer.

I wrote that last time only to give you an idee, and explorer don't give more good job in recycler than somewhere else.

xplorer2 looks like it has some better features, but XYplorer is nicer in other ways. Like the rate at which it's improving!
