Add option to have the Catalog docked on the right.

It would be nice to have a option to allow the Catalog to be on the right side. For people with wide monitors, this would allow a better usage of real-estate and require less scrolling. Thanks for taking our ideas into consideration.

Good suggestion, this would also allow a full tree or mini-tree on the left side as well.

Yes, I have to agree. But easier said than done. I put it on my list.
