Shortcut to move to the first file

I have many subfolders in a particular folder. If I want to go to the first file in that folder, I have to push page down several times. Do you know a shortcut to jump to that at once? Similar like Ctrl+Home for jumping to the first item in list.

(By the way, only the focus jumps when you press Ctrl+Home. If you want to move the selection to the first item in the folder, you should press Ctrl+Alt+Home. But this shortcut is not in the help file. :? )
