XYplorer Beta Club

Hello,
This is a rather strange problem that occurs when the pop-up dialog box appears to tell me that a new version is available. Often, when I click on the OK button (I think that is right....I am reporting this from memory....) the dialog box does not go away, and the link does not open in my browser (my default browser is Firefox.....and I have the newest non-beta version).

Any ideas on the cause of this problem? It is not a huge problem, but a little annoying.

Strange indeed. Cannot explain it. It does not happens always? How often then, 50% of all times?

I'm rather wondering where that message box comes from?
AFAIK there's no setting in XY to inform you about new versions available...

And I believe that the only versions tracked by this are the "official" ones so not as useful to us forum rats.
