How do I save comments; dont want to lose them if I need to rebuild puter

File > Settings > Backup Application Data Folder. This will save your entire XYplorer configuration; obviously, you'd have to save to a folder off your Windows partition/HD.

The comments in particular are stored in the file tag.dat in XYplorer's Application Data Folder. If you save this file you save your Comments (and Labels, and Tags).
