I have an specific use but I don't seem to get it done, so if any guru can help me it would be highly appreciated.
I want to search files in a drive, I search for files created and/or modified within a specific range.
Then I want to copy the files including the folder structure to another disk.
I have done the search, then unlocked the search and done a copy and/or backup but the files do not have the folder structure.
I tried another way which was to "Show All Items in the Branch" so I can sort them by date by it takes me back to the Search Results pane, back to square 1.
Any tips?
Thanks

In XY its called Rich copy. You can drag and drop the selected items from search and drop into another disk. The thing is you have to use Right-click drag and drop and you will see Rich copy option, which will do exactly what you ask. This topic is covered in the help (F1) > Main topics > Rich Copy. Hope that helps.
