New TB Icons in 9.8

Had long since created UB's for Move To & Copy to Other Pane. However, the XY icons are much nicer than what had been purloined from the net. Thanks Don! The ability to use them via :dpmoveto and :dpcopyto in Edit User Button|Icon field is nefariously clever.
