Give me a lot of money. If this is not possible consider it giving after 3 months. It will be a special gift as none of the other users have done this.chris28 wrote:Make the toolbar icons movable, if this is not possible now consider it implementing after 3 months. It will be a special feature as none of the file managers have this .
Well, that would thus mean you'd likely say you would buy at least 4 pro's so that he would get at least 3 of them and that still might not enough to get him to do it but might be sufficient to make Don consider it at least.chris28 wrote:i am serious and my nature is i speak lies only about 25% of what i say, rest is tru..
Having lived in Germany myself, I've seen such jokes often. Interestingly from people who are in or near Cologne. Is it a typical Cologne thing?admin wrote:Come on, I was obviously joking. I found the style of the wish funny. Sounded more like a robbery than a wish to me.
Maybe. Cologne people certainly have a reputation for being rude and making fun of everybody (even of themselves). Cologne is also the home of the worst German TV channels which might not be a coincidence.serendipity wrote:Having lived in Germany myself, I've seen such jokes often. Last week in a Cologne beerhouse ("Brauhaus"): my girlfriend first ordered a Coke (the waiter made a *very* neutral face to this order, you could see that he felt the pain), and later she asked for a decaffeinated coffee (aah, I saw it coming...) -- and it made SNAP and the waiter completely freaked out: he simply refused the order and started insulting her as if she had ordered a plate of shit. It was hilarious! You cannot get that sort of treatment in many other cities in Germany. If you saw Gran Torino (Clint Eastwood) you have seen a similar thing at the barber shop...
Do you want to go to Kölner Karneval and drink coffee?serendipity wrote:. If I happen to go to Cologne carnival anytime, i'll remember that.
Nope, XY makes coffee for me. When in Köln, Kölsch is what i need.PeterH wrote:Do you want to go to Kölner Karneval and drink coffee?serendipity wrote:. If I happen to go to Cologne carnival anytime, i'll remember that.
