display file info tip when hovering over thumbnail

In "details with thumbnails" view, the file info tip will not display when hovering over the thumbnail, only when hovering over the filename. In all the other thumbnail modes it seems to work. Would be great if this could be fixed in "details with thumbnails" as well. Thanks a lot!
