looks like a new version generates a lot of "wishes"

I'm having fun playing with the latest version today. Couple of comments:

1. I like the new selection options - especially the ability to add to the selection using the shift key - remembering syntax from program to program is a steep learning curve, but this use of the shift key is useful and intuitive (should also work with shift-enter) - and since you seem to be in a "selecting" frame of mind - how about a command: "restore last selection". (you might spend some time getting just the right files selected - and then oops... back to square one)

an aside: - you do alot of keyboard/mouse combinations (like ctl-shift-dbl-click to open subdir in IP) - just so you know ... when I'm on the keyboard, both my hands are occuppied and I don't want to have to reach for the mouse. When I'm on the mouse, I'm leaning back in my big chair and don't want to sit up straight and pull out the keyboard. - Just an ergonomic thing.

2. I like the shift-dbl click to open the selected subdir - BUT (see above) I'd like to:

a. - do it all with the mouse - drag the subdir to the tab area in the active or the inactive pane and have it open up where you dropped it, or
b. - do it with the keyboard - Ctl-<- or Ctl- -> to open the selected subdir in the other pane and Ctl-cursor up to pop open the selected subdir in the current pane (and since we can't monkey with the cursor keys, option "a" would be preferrable.

Thanks.

Yes, interesting ideas. But note:

I'm currently in laboratory mode: working on the new office preview. All wishes have to wait.
