Swap Panes in 9.5

Now that 9.5 includes a built-in command to Swap Panes, I would again like to thank the generous Forum member who took time to create a script to do that for me when my abilities at script construction were still n a nascent phase. The xys will remain in the Scripts folder as a learning tool and for future reference.
