Save Tabs in Config file

Win 7 x64, XY 9.30

I have a default configuration of XY I use everyday, with (7) specific tabs.

I recently needed to create another configuration for just occasional use with a set of unique tabs. So I saved off my default config and setup new tabs and saved this new setup as a different name (Archive). Now, when I load my default config, my Default tabs are all gone and the Archive ones are there.

What did I do wrong?

You have to check "keep pane data private" from Tools>configuration>Startup & exit. Now each configuration will have its own Tabs and History. Hope that helps.

Thanks - I'll try that.
