You can't ACCESS <folder>

"Reason: You opted in configuration to not(sic) SHOW hidden items".
But I did not chose not to ACCESS them.
Also, maybe "Show User folder" should show the single hidden "Appdata"-folder?

In Windows 7 the location of your personal startup folder is:
%systemdrive%\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
For all users, you will find the startup folder in:
%systemdrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
