Basic Settings Recorder Mode.

Based on a recent simple solution for a long time problem with my XY installation (since Undo was introduced, I believe), I'd like to suggest this:
-turn on such "Basic Settings Recorder Mode" and configure XY to match your likings;
-turn off the thing.
This could create a separate .dat/.ini containing basic, important settings that probably won't cause any harm/conflicts with constant upgrades, allowing for easy repairs and test troubleshooting, making a breeze zeroing on possible causes of problems.
Also, XYplorer.ini could have a section/"//" (comments parameter) to allow for users' comments - which currently is not possible. Sometimes I wanted to make a note on a config/tweak but XY erases that on app restart.
