Send to... Bluetooth

Hiya!

So far, I'm enjoying xyplorer. It's been a huge help in my workflow.

One thing that I use when I'm sending stuff to my phone is the "Send to" shortcut when you right click. In windows explorer, there is a "send to bluetooth" option. XYPlorer does not show this. So when I need to use the feature, I have to copy the file to the desktop and right click from there, which seems to use the default explorer menus. There is a file in the send to folder called "bluetooth.btwsendto" but XY doesn't seem to recognize it.

Keep up the good work!

Strange. Are you on 64bit? If yes it might be connected to the fact that XY is 32 bit. See here: http://www.xyplorer.com/faq-topic.php?id=ctx64

Any chance that this FAQ on XY site applies to this issue?
I'm on 64-bit Windows and certain items are missing from the shell context menu.

Upd/Addendum:  Seems Don and I posted same link in the same minute...how's that for timing?

But maybe it's related to that type of shortcut rather than the 32-bit thing?

Wow, talk about fast response!

Yep, the system I use bluetooth on is 64bit, and my work computer, while 32bit, doesn't have bluetooth, so I couldn't test. That might be it. I'll see if there's a 32bit workaround for my bluetooth.

I did see that 64bit was in the future for XY so it's not a real biggie, I can wait :)

Well, it won't always be that fast but we do pride ourselves on prompt replies when we can! :D

And...should you find a real bug (hopefully not), I've seen Don release a beta vers with fix in as little as 20 min from posting report here...now that was under ideal conditions (most are handled in a day or so), but it's an example I use to show just how well he supports his users!
