Encryption...is a must have feature.

XYplorer must get the ability to encrypt folders. Should be either right click or a button to enable this. Preferably Blowfish or AES.

Now as to the request:
Why does encryption have to be done with a file manager? It doesn't! And I don't see the connection, other than being able to easily interface XY to a 3rd party product that does that function...that makes sense...having XY do it itself is bloat!
