XYplorer "Always On Top" button!? How could I miss this!?

Yes the title speaks for itself. I use Actual Window Menu for this purpose but it would be awesome if XYplorer has some self-esteem to include a button or something about it. Always On Top is very often a very important and nerves-saving when working with several appz...
Am I cool?

This existed in TrackerV3 (pre-XYplorer) but was removed. Check History.txt...

I am surprised to see this request was made as early as 2010, but it still has yet to be implemented. This clearly becomes a limitation of Xyplorer.

What is the limitation here ?
There are plenty of free tools which set any window on top.
