How I do that: when I enter for example "z" or "pictures" in adress bar or other bar (?), folders and files are filtered in real time (now when I start to write), and only files or folders that contain these characters are displayed in the window folder.

Not really like you want, but try this in address bar (CTRL+ALT+A):

C:\your\Path\|z

or even without the path
|pictures

following ENTER.

Or use the CTRL+J dialog
