This question might already been asked but i just couldn't find the right keywords for searching.. sorry..

So, my question is actually is there any setting anywhere to preserve the tag on the file copied over from another place?

The situation is like this. I was doing font uninstallation just now. So, there is option to backup those fonts in B folder let's say.

So, I have another folder that contains all the fonts that I've downloaded namely F.

So, I set a red tag to those fonts in B.

But when I copied those back over to E, it does not maintain the tag..

So, how is that?

I did a search on "tags copy" using "within first post" option...
