Script Request - Nuke/Del Locked Files at Restart

I was thinking on brand new queue function and came out with the idea to have XY ready to nuke/del locked files after PC restart/XY next start.
-XYplorer can't auto exec scripts on app load, right (things here change lightning fast, so a triple check is always valid - I did local docs/forum research! lol)? This will be very useful to the scenario.
-XY could identify skipped files on "delete - skip locked" action and log them.
-On PC restart and XY next start, XY could read that log file (via auto loading such script) and perform previously denied delete operation.
-An editable message box (HTML?) could make the user aware of remaining files which are still currently in use, so he can take care of them - manual disabling and new deletion attempt.
Personally I don't have use for that - I keep track of each running process on a cleanest as possible environment, in a separated data/system configuration. But considered the combination of these various XY functions as a doable, useful addition.

Do you wanna be hypnotized...?
