I would love it if the info panel would keep the same size ratio when being resized. By ratio, I mean the actual portion of the pane relative to the size of the window. Currently it keeps the size of the pane no matter the size of the window. The problem is that when resizing the window (with the pane staying the same) it constantly needs to be adjusted with each resize.
For example, if you have the info panel at 1/2 size, then resize the xyplorer window to half, the info panel fills the whole screen and then needs to be adjusted down. It seems small issue, but when expanding across 2 monitors back and forth it is an extra task to do with each resize. So really a resize encompasses 2 motions.
thanks!

Re: Feature Request: Info Panel-Maintain ratio during resize
I think the default size for IP is the size of some panels that can be shown there (e.g. find). And that *is* a fixed size. So I think the size of IP should at least *not* be changed on changed XY-size, as long as it's default.
As this is 99% of my work, I don't mind other situations.

Not sure what you mean by "Default" as all seem to be able to adjust.
I was refering (at least in my use) to more of the preview tab where it varies.
I see what you mean about the fixed size of some IP tabs (such as find). I guess there could be times for both. Maybe an option for "Lock" size would be helpful to satisfy both. Or maybe lock the fixed size and adjust the non-fixed.
