No Auto-Refresh

XY 8.80 on WinXP SP3
Auto refresh enabled

If I have navigated to a folder then executed a program that either creates/downloads a file, I will not see the file or will see a zero-byte file until I hit F5. Examples: scanning an image to a file or DL from the web.

Further config setting/bug?

The program that is responsible for creating the file/folder did not send the appropriate message to windows. My 2 cents.
