Option to always show full file/folder names in list view?

How about add an option to always show full length of file/folder names in list view? I know I can drag out the truncation range in detail view to affect list view, but I don't like having that length limitation in list view. I would prefer list view to auto adapt to file/folder names length like Windows Explorer. Would that be possible?

Tools>Customize list and uncheck "Autosize columns".
PS: Please read the help file first, there is search available there too.
