Hi and welcome to the XY forums!
Not 100% sure if this is the answer, but it's the first thing we ask people to look at in these (shell context) type of issues:
http://www.xyplorer.com/faq-topic.php?id=4
Here's another thread that may relate or be useful:

Your English was fine as you gave us the most critical items: which OS used and what issue was.

Thank you for your quichk reply. It seems that Izarc run in 32 bits.
I've read the thread (before writing this post) but I've understood nothing. It's too technical for my poor knowledges of computing (and english

) !

Right: my IZArc *is* 32 bit.
And it *is* in context menu!
Maybe it's where you right-click? Try click on icon or name, *not* on white space aside.
Does this help?

It works with IZArc 3.81 but not with IZArc 4.0beta1 that was installed on my computer.
I've uninstalled the 4.0beta version and it's fine !
Thank you everybody

Maybe 4.0beta starts to support 64bit?
(But I find nothing in it's documentation regarding that...)

The 4.0 beta, was tagged *32 in the "gestionnaire des taches" (I don't know how to call it in english) ==> It runs in 32 bits (i think !)

Sorry - in the moment I don't find any info about 32 or 64 bit on IZArc site.
(And to read the forum it seems you must signon now.)
But as you say, you see IZArc in win explorer, and this *is* 64bit, I think? Then I think IZArc must be 64bit, too!
As far as I know, (I'm still XP 32bit,) there is a 32bit-version of win explorer on 64bit-systems available? If you find how to call it you can test for IZArc there. (I'm afraid it will not work - as in XY.)
