Reuse tab

I've configured XYPlorer as the default file manager as described at
http://88.191.26.34/XYwiki/index.php/FA ... anager_.3F
When opening a folder (for instance, from the Run dialog), XYPlorer opens the folder in a new tab. How to make it open the folder in the existing tab?

Do you have "Open command line start path in a new tab" unchecked? (It's under Configuration -> Startup & Exit.)

Yes, it's unchecked.

I think this is a bug.

I do not think there is a need to make another short post straight after your previous short post. Please use the "Edit" button

Can anybody confirm this issue?

Yes. Entering a folder path into the Run dialog does open a new tab in my XY here, even though I have "Open command line start path in a new tab" unchecked and did save configuration.
Edit: The only time it seems not to do so, and to overwrite the current tab, is if XY wasn't previously running. Then it starts and the path from the Run dialog (i.e. command line) is indeed loaded into what was/is the current tab. But if XY was already running, a new tab is opened...

OK, thanks. I did not look at the code, but I wonder if this behavior is not a good one?

The current behavior is not good. It should honor the new tab option whether or not it is already running.

Agreed. Next beta version should work as expected.
