The "file in use" msg isn't worded ideally, I think

In trying out the new Raw View unlock changes with v8.30.02 and as part of that, got the following msg: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."...now while this is true, it seems to not be as 'user friendly' or simple as some that I've seen...so given that this isn't a real bug, posting it here instead.

Maybe just "File is in use by another process or task"? Because referring to XY as "The process" is a bit convoluted/confusing, at least to me.

So you don't have the ability to change or modify it? Because while that may be what XY gets from the OS doesn't mean it make a good msg to pass on to user as is...that's all, as starting msg with "The process" can make one wonder what process is "the process", ok?

No, I leave that to the OS. I can't do everything... you get the same message with every app on that error so it's ok.
