Posted in the forum "Future history of TrackerV3 and BETA version" are change lists in green letters.

Are these list made up of since (a) the last beta or (b) are they changes since the last official release? I tend to think the lists are changes since the last beta. Is this right?

I don't regularly keep up with changes from one beta version to another beta. Sometimes a later beta reverse features which were tried out in an earlier beta and I can't follow what new features I can expect to find since the last official version.

Correct.

The BETA release is for fan(atic)s only. The official history can be found here: http://www.trackerv3.com/history.htm
But even there: features are coming and going, it's a lively project...
