Breadcrumbs with menu buttons

The standard Vista explorer has a sort of breadcrumbs in the address bar, with arrows as separators that open a folder menu when clicked on. This is sometimes pretty convenient.
Now, I generally prefer having the path as text, but what about being able to switch to that kind of breadcrumbs view when necessary?
For instance, there is a small folder icon in front of the path; you could turn it into a button that would toggle between text display and breadcrumbs display.
What do you think?

This AB functionality has already been mentioned: http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3865 & http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3593 & http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1241

Please use search next time to avoid creation of extremely similar threads and promote consolidation of people's opinions on those matters :)

I know from plenty of experience here that finding older threads can be a bit of a challenge...finding the correct keywords to use that match and also keywords that aren't so common that search ignores them...but as zer0 said, it does help keep the forum cleaner...sometimes I just look at all threads from last two-three weeks to see if any terms look like they may fit.
