* First of all, drag-n-drop from XY to windows explorer or any other program should be corrected. It's not easy to drag from xy as XY's window comes to front & hiding other windows as we start dragging.

* There should be an option for Always open in a new tab when clicking a favorite folder link from the catalog window

* A toolbar containg separate icons for all the drives, desktop, my computer, control panel etc.

* side-by-side folder compare & syncronize in both panes

* an option for tab title = folder name only

* create, save and verify selected files' MD5-checksums

i always thought that was normal. :?
just drag the items over the target app's taskbar button for about a sec and it will be brought to the front.

use shift+left-click or a middle-click to open the item.
holding shift during pretty much all "go to" commands will open a new tab.

could be useful, but you can already add them to the catalog for easy access.
besides, the "my computer" toolbar button has many of those and doesn't take much space.

i'll leave this for the DP lovers to comment. :)

+1 :D

i posted a script that can do this here.

if you don't want to use an external app to do this, xyplorer has a command to calculate md5 checksums.
i never used it, tho, so i can't say much about it.
