Hi,
How do i set it so that when i press the back button on my mouse it goes up the directories instead of back throught the history?

You can use AutoHotKey with a simple script. I use it already for many programs. Including a issue when XButton1/2 quit working in XY sometimes, so I reassigned them to Alt+Left/Right.
Also there is a option that allows you to go up one level when you double click in the list (empty area). Very useful.

yes thats a good workaround, but I'm sure it's a function that, should be available within the program. I'm normally using a program called "Directory Opus", that has this function.

This will come with Custom Event Actions (CEA).
