Full screen preview OK?

I have only 1024 x 768. On my monitor I see a perfect image just like in the web browser at zoom 100% (original size).
Could anybody confirm that the new Full screen preview for HTML and MHT works as expected on larger resolutions? Thanks!

I'm not sure why but for me when I open the IP at the Preview tab, it shows the htm preview there Ok (I saved XY homepage for that).
But after F11, I get a black screen with a yellow-backgrounded message "FAILED loading D:\.....etc.". In the upper left corner.
Screen.

Aha, thanks! I feared something like that. Please try again with the next version...

Better now?
@all: Generally I did not get loads of feedback on the
fantastic new full screen preview for documents.

Please let me know how it works...

The reason you didn't get a "
YEA!" from me was that last few days have been VERY busy here at the cottages, getting some repairs done...now that's over and I see the MDBU is greatly improved as now I can almost see the preview (my eyesight, not XY!)
As I think I wrote before, I now use this shell preview for PDF's as it works better in many cases...but the one thing that I also mentioned that still is lacking (IMO) is a way to invoke (on demand) the use of external viewer (adobe/foxit) but still stay within XY, such as via the orange drop-down menu....sort of an on-the-fly config override.

Do you get thumbnails for HTML files? I suppose not. Which would mean that your shell cannot extract thumbnails from HTML. In which case XY cannot do it neither.

Negative.
Screen
The same with any regular (simpler) HTML file.
It doesn't matter to me. I use preview function almost never.
I remember to have disabled the Explorer preview function for AVI/Images etc. after installing the OS. I had always been disabling the preview since XP, remember, those corrupted AVIs that were locking Explorer often back then.. maybe that has something to do here. I'm not sure for HTML or other files preview and how they take effect here.. I see you use IE's engine to show the preview. it should have worked in fulscreen anyway.

Full screen of HTML etc. depends on your shell. It's = big shell thumbnails.
The "normal preview" for HTML etc. is ActiveX embedded in IE -- totally different thing.

admin,
what is the solution then? I have not changed anything in the explorer myself and I would like to be able to get full screen previews if possible.

It was built into my OS (XP Prof) ever since. I'm not 100% sure whether you can install it but I think so. Google for HTML thumbnails...

This doesn't work for me with Windows Server 2003 R2 (1680x1050), but it's also fails on 1024x768... (I wounder how you can work with such a low resolution

)
Looks like I also do not have the appropriate thumbnail-extension...
I don't care about this feature, why should I press F11 for the preview when I also can press RETURN to open it in my every-time-open-browser...
Another obviously issue is that the preview is generated through IE engine. I build lots of stuff for my own, working fine in Opera and mostly in Firefox, but often fails on IE... so I used to not use the html-preview of the shell
