Alt+Enter whit multiple items selected

Post by tedy »

In the list, if I select more than one file/folders, and press Alt+Enter I would expect to get the shell's properties sheet for the selection (that's what is happening in WExplorer).
Instead, I get the current hilighted item's properties sheet.
But if using the mouse I right-click any of the selected items, and hit Properties, I get the expected sheet.
Minor glitch, but sometimes annoying. I guess this involves just a small fix.

Exact question was asked before in 2007:

But maybe things have changed since 2007 and maybe there is a fix now.

PS: Nothing against you, but please try to search whenever possible before posting similar topics.

I'm sorry, I seem to have used wrong keywords, or maybe the thread was too old.
As you can see I've used several old topics where I posted my opinions etc, so generally I use search.
On the subject, you can delete this topic, I posted this primarily as info to admin but it seems this is a known behavior to him. No big deal anyway.
Windows Explorer in Vista and 2008 even removed this shortcut in the tree - when in the tree, you cannot just press Alt+Enter - this just does nothing there. The only way is context menu -> Properties. Funny but true.

No, nothing changed. Or not enough: I moved a bit nearer to the solution, but have not reached it yet.
