Search in history in list management

I love all these list management tools but sometimes they are useless because browsing through and trying to spot what I am looking for can be overwhelming. The sorting porvided helps little bit yet not the best method. If there was a simple quick filtering or searching that would have been just great. That way searching history would be fun again
