PFA(Portable file asosiation) in kontext menu

Hello,
i like to know if its possible to show the PFA as an second "open with..." menu at right click. Cause i got many optional associations and its annoying to move the mouse to the toolbar (from the already selected item) to select the proper action.
So i hope it does not belong to the wish section: It would be nice to use the existing "open with.." menu and make an sub menu for PFA.
