Search in folder included in excluded folders

Under Vista, into C:\Users\ I have the next 4 subfolders : Public, Default, All Users and jjk which is name of current user. When searching, I don't want to search into C:\Users\Public, nor C:\Users\Default nor C:\Users\All Users but I want to search into C:\Users\jjk.
And I want search anywhere else into C:\.
So I'd like exclude C:\Users\ but include C:\Users\jjk.
How can I do that ? I attempted to exclude C:\Users\!jjk but it doesn't work.
Any idea ?

Why don't you exclude the 3 folders you don't want to search explicitly?
After all, it's just 3 entries in the Excluded pane.

Sure, but I need also to search into C:\Users\jjk, which contains many subfolders as AppData, Contacts, Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Links, Music, Pictures, Saved Games, Searches, Videos and so on, that I want exclude
except Documents, and of course I want to search anywhere else in C:\.
I think we miss a mean to include some subfolders among excluded folders, in other words to force searching in some subfolders of some excluded folders.

Quick idea: Adding folders to explicitly INclude to Excluded Folders listing by prefixing "!" could be a way. E.g.
Would exclude C:\Users\* but include C:\Users\jjk\*

Yes, it seems to me simple and clear.
Of course, we could use jokers as "*" as usually ?
Thanks to have put my request in your Todos.
